1: Because we would pick up many customers staying at Hotels in Old Quater of Hanoi. The bus is not allowed to park long time along the narrow roads. Should be ready for the pick up at your Hotel lobby.

3: For travelers staying at Halong bay you can Join the tour with us. Meet our guide at Ticket Counter No 01, Tuan Chau island, Halong city at 12:00. Cruise tour would finish about 16:30. If you would like to come back Hanoi with us. Please advise us in advance in order to arrange the seats on the bus.
4: Group size would be 40 - 44 persons on Shared Cruise. On the bus would be about 22 - 25 persons

Due to the heavy traffic in Hanoi, it is challenging for our large bus to navigate the streets for pickups. Therefore, we would like to arrange for pickup services as follows:

- Pick up services: Hotels inside the Old Quarter of Hanoi only. Applies for Join-in Group tour.
- Airbnbs/Apartments/Homestays: Charming Travel office, 31 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi for the tour departure.
- Hotels outside of the Old Quarter of Hanoi: Meet our guide at 31 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi for departure.
- For big groups staying outside of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, you can consider the Private Car/Bus service for your group. Please contact us in advance for the best arrangement.
We will send you a confirmation email 1-3 days before the departure of your tour

What is the difference between 4 hours and 6 hours cruising?
- With the 4 hours cruising. Departure 08:00 - 08:30.
2 main activities: Heaven Palace Cave (45 minutes) and Kayak/Bamboo boat (45 minutes)
Come back Hanoi about 19:15. More time for your dinner in Hanoi. More time for relaxing after the trip

- With the 6 hours cruising. Departure 08:00 - 08:30.
3 main activities: Suprise Cave (45 minutes), Luon Cave for Kayak/Bamboo boat (45 minutes), Titop Island for beach and hiking to the top of the Island (1 hour)
Come back Hanoi about 21:30. A little late for dinner and tiring for elderly people
